2023年10月13日，深圳公共资源交易公共服务平台公布了《深圳医学科学院及深圳湾实验室院区永久场地一体化建设项目设计Ⅱ标段评标报告》，清华大学建筑设计研究院有限公司和为石建筑设计咨询（上海）有限公司（VAL）作为联合体投标参赛入围。
On October 13, 2023, the Shenzhen Public Resource Trading Public Service Platform announced the "Evaluation Report of Section Ⅱ Design of the Integrated Construction Project of Shenzhen Medical Science Academy and Shenzhen Bay Laboratory Permanent Site." Tsinghua University Architectural Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. and VAL formed a consortium and were shortlisted as bidders.
